Cloud Command
Cloud administration by OS Consultants LLC.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace in one workspace
Cloud Command helps authorized IT staff view customer directories, manage supported account and group actions, and review operational records. Microsoft features also include message trace and security investigation tools. Google Workspace currently supports directory display and separately authorized account and group administration.
You control the connection
Customer administrators approve provider access. Read-only Google consent enables directory viewing. Management consent enables supported actions when an authorized operator submits them. Features vary by provider and permissions; connecting Google does not grant Gmail or Drive content access.

Optional Google reporting
With separate administrator approval, Cloud Command displays Google sign-in, administrator, Drive and OAuth audit events, including actor email, IP address, timestamps and event details, and daily per-user Gmail and Drive storage figures. Reports are fetched on demand for authorized workspace staff. This does not retrieve email bodies or file contents. Availability depends on Google permissions, edition and reporting delays.
With authorized Google reporting access, Cloud Command can display Gmail audit metadata (such as message subjects, available addresses, delivery events and message identifiers) and security audit evidence. It does not retrieve message bodies or file contents for these features. Security case evidence and review decisions are retained for administrator investigations.
