Cloud Command Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Cloud Command, operated by OS Consultants LLC. Use the portal only if you are authorized to act for the organization whose accounts you access. Your organization's separately agreed service contract controls fees, service levels, and any conflicting commercial terms.

Authorized use

You must have permission to connect each organization and administer its users and resources. Protect your sign-in credentials, use appropriate authentication controls, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not bypass access controls, access another organization's information without authorization, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.

Connections and actions

Google and Microsoft consent grants the specific permissions described in the approval screen. Availability depends on provider permissions, subscriptions, policies, and API support. Review the selected client, target account, and action before submitting. Password resets, sign-out, suspension, membership changes and deletion can interrupt access or affect data. Arrange backups, transfer, retention, and organizational approvals as needed before destructive changes. Cloud Command does not automatically perform data transfer simply because an account is deleted.

Service behavior

Features may change as development continues. Cached information may be delayed or incomplete. Security findings assist human investigation and do not guarantee detection or establish that an account is compromised. An interrupted API response may leave an operation's outcome unknown; check the provider before repeating it. Cloud Command is not a substitute for your organization's backup or incident-response procedures.

Data and privacy

You retain your rights in your organization's data. You authorize OS Consultants LLC to process it as necessary to deliver the requested service, subject to the Cloud Command Privacy Policy and applicable service agreements. Do not submit data you lack permission to process. Google and Microsoft services remain subject to their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

Except for commitments in an applicable written agreement or requirements imposed by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete data, or suitability for every use. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability and remedies specified in your organization's written service agreement remain applicable.

Ending access and changes

Your organization may request removal of portal access and revoke provider consent. Revocation does not automatically delete historical records; see the privacy policy for deletion requests. We may restrict access to address security incidents, misuse, or loss of authorization. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date and communicated through the portal or an appropriate contact channel.
